This lovely, laid-back cafe is the perfect spot to kick back and read (or doom scroll, or work) while enjoying an excellent coffee. Its roomy, wooden setting is open-air, with bookcases the only walls. Electric fans keep customers cool, and a cast of local cats perform feline dramas while koi laze in little ponds.

In the old town of Takua pa, I think this is not to be missed out place, honestly. I'm surprised to see how beautifully clean and aesthetically pleasing this cafe is, so nice to see a wide spacious cafe along with the most beautiful corners and the food is also good here. Not great but acceptable good. Would recommend people who like to sip of cup of drink and enjoy reading a book in cosy, peaceful vibes.????????

The Book Tree is a coffee shop with a book store. The setting is very nice with funky furniture and furnishings surrounded by plants and a cool winding fish pond. They make ice cream floats and shakes as well as many coffee styles to enjoy in a great chill out atmosphere. The place is located directly next to the dental office I use so it is perfect to sit and relax at while waiting for friends or family to have "Teeth Stuff" taken care of... while enjoying cake and sweet coffee drinks here :)

The best place in Takua Pa to go and hang out with friends. Great food and amazing staff. The environment it quiet even as it is near the bus station and off the highway. A private scene with lots to do having a bookstore attached, and ping pong table, and Kids toys
